The Elf mobile computer has several features designed to meet the mobile needs of workers in field services, field sales, delivery, retail and logistics applications. The rugged Elf features Bluetooth wireless 2.0 Enhanced Data Rate (EDR) for simultaneous connection and is designed for single-handed operation.
A major benefit of the advanced Elf mobile computer is that it is one of the first in the mobile computing industry to run Microsoft's latest operating system, Windows Mobile 6.5. Datalogic's patented Green Spot good read technology with both a laser barcode reader and 2D imager has been integrated into the product. The Elf also incorporates an option to support HF RFID for reading and writing capabilities.
