The XBC Group have today announced the launch of their new Video E Mail System, V mail and Video Rep Live to the South African Market. Managing Director David Glen says that the service will be distributed by the group`s communications arm XBC Communications Pty Ltd.
In announcing the roll out Glen expects initial interest for Video E Mail to come from industries that have to maintain high csi`s (customer satisfaction indexes) and that are looking for new ways to achieve this. A perfect example of this would be the motor industry. "It`s one thing getting a customer; it`s another thing keeping them happy and getting them to buy from you again". Glen says that Video E Mail and the accompanying Video Rep Live system will help companies in this quest.
"Imagine sending out a Video E Mail to a customer thanking them for their purchase and inviting them to contact you should they have any queries. The customer by clicking on the Video Rep Live Icon can communicate directly with the customer service agent over the Web. They will see and hear the Rep in real time and have their queries answered instantaneously."
"The Beauty of Video E Mail is that there are no attachments and its as easy as sending an e mail " says Glen
XBC Communications have already appointed a number of VARS for the Video E Mail system and will be appointing more over the next few months.
