IFS has signed a contract with Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (TSTT) to provide business software and services valued at $1 million The company will implement IFS`s component-based software at 10 sites in Trinidad and Tobago to support its retail and inventory management processes.
IFS continues to grow its business within the telecom operator industry in Latin America. TSTT will deploy components for customer orders, document management, invoicing, inventory, purchasing, business performance and portals.
"We expect IFS`s collaboration and portal technology to boost our growth with improved customer lifecycle management, reduced order cycle times, and better inventory control," said Nigel Forde, TSTT Mobile IT Manager. "With the assistance of IFS software, TSTT will move to a streamlined set of processes."

Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Limited is the sole licensed provider of telephone services in Trinidad and Tobago.
