Imago, a European video communications distributor, is opening an office in South Africa.
The offices will include demonstration facilities in Johannesburg, and distribute video conferencing streaming and internet television products, including LifeSize, ViewSonic and ViewCast products.
Ian Vickerage, Imago's MD, says the technology is ideal for a country like SA. "Video conferencing brings people together in a convenient way and this technology is perfectly suited to a thriving country where the main business centres like Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town - are so far away from each other".
