Immervision and Socionext to Deliver panomorphEYE Development Kit

Immervision and Socionext today announced a strategic partnership to jointly develop the first comprehensive intelligent vision sensing system for use in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) applications for smart machines including robots, cars, drones, and much more. The panomorphEYE Development Kit release and ship is planned for July 2018.

panomorphEYE fuses stereoscopic 3D, 360-degree surround imagery, Time-of-Flight (TOF), gyroscope, compass, and other sensors, making it invaluable for rapid prototyping, reducing time-to-market, and enhancing product capabilities.
