Imperatech Solutions expands portfolio with FOXit

Imperatech Solutions, a global provider of premier, quality ICT solutions, has entered into a partnership with FOXit to expand its offering with technology based on the Microsoft Business Productivity Stack and transfer the value of combined services and solutions to clients.

The two companies formally established the strategic partnership in May this year and will use the alliance to extend services, solutions and support.

FOXit is an Independent Software Vendor and Microsoft-certified Gold Partner across numerous competencies within the Microsoft Partner Network, including Project and Portfolio Management, Portals and Collaboration.

Imperatech has established a firm reputation in the market for comprehensive service and support, providing clients with quality and commitment that is designed to preserve and protect customers' infrastructure.

Management from both companies have identified synergy between their respective offerings, combining quality and firm support with Microsoft-centric skills, technical expertise and high-level market experience and exposure.

FOXit has identified the expansion into emerging markets, the enhancement of its existing skills pool, and meaningful contribution to become the world's best PPM product and solution partner, as key requirements.

Imperatech will be looking to extend the value of FOXit solutions, as part of its portfolio, and leverage off its own expertise and knowledge of support for infrastructure.

Both companies will seek to enhance their technical skills sets and establish the partnership as "a household name" within solution innovation, delivery and support.
