SIEBEL was implemented at SCMB to support a common high level sales process focusing on the face-to-face channel, that can be deployed across multiple business units and geographies, sharing data between and within teams, departments and the organisation.
It also replaced the existing CRM applications, and in specific the Saleslogix solution.
SIEBEL provides a single source of data that reduces duplication, improves data integrity, and allows a 360 deg view of an account (profile, portfolio, and relationship information), consolidating the data that positions the ability to build future revenue driving capabilities.
