InfoBlueprint, a data and information quality services company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shelley Brunette who joins the company as director of information management.
Shelley, who has been in the IT industry for 24 years, joins the company from Lechabile, a BEE IT company where she managed the information quality division for two years, focusing purely on data quality and information disciplines.
Prior to this, in the early '90s, Shelley assumed responsibility for a large data cleansing project where she developed the data quality initiatives into a formal function in the business with departments, full-time roles, processes and systems in place focusing only on data and information quality.
With 15 years of experience in the field of data and information quality, Shelley has led teams whose processes and systems have been well-received at international conferences, such as the data Management and Information Quality Conferences held annually in Europe and the USA, and the International Business Rules Forum, amongst others.
MD Bryn Davies says, "We welcome Shelley to InfoBlueprint which is now even better positioned to offer independent expert advice to companies seeking to improve the quality of their information assets."
InfoBlueprint understands the risks and costs associated with unreliable data and information, and is dedicated to helping businesses to optimally manage their information as a valuable corporate asset.
