Infor, distributed in sub-Saharan Africa by Softworx, an EOH company, today announced enhancements to its Infor CRM Epiphany product line to allow integration of CRM functionality with the latest releases of Avaya, Lotus Domino, and Crystal Reports.
Infor CRM Sales 7.0.2 and Infor CRM Service 7.0.2 are now certified to support these platforms, as Infor continues to evolve CRM Epiphany to meet the needs of its customers.
Infor CRM Sales and Infor CRM Service centralise customer information and transactions into a single view, creating user efficiencies through each interaction. Access to real-time customer information enables enterprising companies to differentiate themselves with consistent customer communication through every step of the life cycle.
The latest version of CRM Sales includes the addition of Infor CRM's Configuration Module, which enables companies to standardise the sales and specification process to ensure quality output.
Configuring products and services correctly at the time of the sale is critical to maintaining an efficient sales process. Inaccuracy at the time of a sale can lead to problems, such as regulatory non-compliance issues, lengthy returns and exchanges, and customer dissatisfaction.
"We recognise that our customer's IT environments are constantly changing, as vendors try to keep pace with their evolving needs," said Dr Patric Timmermans, Infor's director of CRM product marketing. "The availability of new releases of Infor CRM Sales and Infor CRM Service highlights our ongoing commitment to enhance these solutions to meet our customers' needs - today and tomorrow."
Infor CRM Sales places critical customer information in the right hands at the right time, helping companies manage longer sales cycles and effectively respond to competitive pressure.
Infor CRM Sales manages the entire sales cycle in a dynamically collaborative environment, from initial lead to closure to pursuing follow-on business. Infor CRM Service enables customer service departments to improve response times, lower contact centre costs and increase customer satisfaction. CRM Service provides customer service agents personalised information in real-time to drive customised offers, which leads to increased acceptance and helps contact centres become profit centres.
