Insys announces its e-business strategy

Insys Business Solutions today formally announced its e- business strategy for the South African market, based on the locally developed iSoluxion.com suite of products.

iSoluxion.com provides a suite of products that are designed to provide an e-business solution to companies intending to move their business-to-business transactions onto the Internet. The iSoluxion Business Server is a Web-based supply chain integration tool that provides catalogue-based sales order and procurement integration, thus enabling faster order fulfillment via a company`s existing ERP system.

"We have been developing our e-business solution for our clients since early 1998," says Dylan Erens the Business Development Manager for e-business at Insys Business Solutions. "We already have several installations, and are currently in the process of implementing iSoluxion.com with a major organisation, that will allow their 400+ customers to exploit their new extranet enabled, catalogue-based ordering system. This will replace the traditional telephonic ordering process currently being used. The application is due to go live in May, with a projected throughput of some 300 orders per hour," added Erens.

Insys will thus create new business partners with those organisations who will utilise iSoluxion.com to establish e- business relationships across their supply chain.
