Insys Business Solutions today announced that it had severed its relationship with Epicor Software, since it no longer has the confidence that it will be able to satisfy the on-going needs of its customers with the products and enhancements emanating from this stable.
However, Insys will continue to support its installed base of Epicor Software clients, and fulfil any outstanding obligations. Additionally, it has also made available an attractive transition package for these customers to install the Acuity suite of business software, for which Insys has now secured African sole distribution rights.
