The `nerve centre` is a first for the company and, says Lance Fanaroff, joint-MD of Integr8 IT, the first of its kind in the country.
The nerve centre is described by the company as the largest and, in terms of skills, resources and architecture, the most comprehensive of its kind available on the continent. It has been established as the central mechanism through which Integr8 IT offers its range of customised value-added managed outsource services and is able to scale from the SME to the corporate space, both local and international.
Clients have experienced substantial cost savings through the various components from the nerve centre and managed services portfolio.
