Integr8 IT, South Africa's largest privately owned national information technology network integration and infrastructure management specialist, has invested a further R60 million in prime commercial office space within Gauteng and Cape Town.
Robert Sussman, the 30-something joint MD of Integr8 IT, has, together with founder, business partner and brother-in-law, Lance Fanaroff, purchased the landmark office complex in Waverly, Johannesburg - a much sought-after office space facing directly onto the N1 highway, right opposite the renowned corporate watering hole of Melrose Arch.
The corporate offices join the line up of Sasfin Bank and Clarins South Africa headquarters.
The company also recently reinforced its regional representation and physical presence in the Mother City with the purchase and re-development of what was formerly the Sea Point Medical Square - a well-known landmark in the area. This targeted move and project equates to almost R40 million alone.
