Local network integration company Integr8 IT has invested R60 million in prime commercial office space in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
The new offices are located in the former Sea Point Medical Square, in Cape Town, and in Waverly - close to Melrose Arch, in Johannesburg.
Joint-MD Rob Sussman says: "Owning our premises has always been a strategic and deliberate vision of ours, and this further investment into our infrastructure now ensures capital appreciation in our own properties.
"We are confident this multimillion-rand investment will represent a direct investment in the surrounding area, the people, and the local business community," he says.
