Integr8 proves customer is king at Microsoft Partner Awards

Johannesburg, 15 Sep 2010

The Integr8 Group has received unanimous and widespread customer approval, having won Microsoft Best Customer Experience Award at the Microsoft Partner Summit Awards 2010, held recently at Sun City, North West Province. The company was also finalist in two categories, the Microsoft Network Infrastructure Solutions Partner of the Year and Microsoft Systems Management Solutions Partner of the Year.

Representatives of the company joined a multitude of Microsoft partners at the official Partner Awards dinner and claimed first prize in what is generally considered to be a highly competitive category and much-coveted award.

“The theme of this year's summit was 'Infinite Possibilities', and we believe it is a very apt theme. The fact is that with the right technology and right partnership in place, anything is possible for businesses. We are very proud of the award and our ongoing association with Microsoft,” says Bennie Strydom, Business development director at Integr8.

The Customer Experience Award is presented to a Microsoft Partner that proves unequivocally that it has the resources, expertise and experience to add value to customers that want to leverage off next-generation Microsoft-based infrastructure.

Candidates have to also demonstrate achievement in assisting customers with infrastructure integration and support, particularly in the rollout of virtual-based service and cloud computing.

Competitors for this award must have a proven track record in successful skills application, both past and present, which has resulted in definite and lasting benefit to clients.

Integr8 is a Certified Microsoft Gold Partner and one of only a few global partners to have achieved Certified Gold status in eight strategic competencies. The company's executive management places a premium on skills sets and the development of intellectual capital, boosted by exposure to global best practices and trends.

The company's success in the application and support of Microsoft technology in developing and established markets is well documented.

In addition to having been named Microsoft Certified Gold Partner of the Year and receiving a Microsoft Global Award, Integr8 has also picked up a Microsoft Network Infrastructure Solutions and Microsoft Best Customer Experience Award.

“We are proud of our record and service as a Microsoft Partner. Our approach has been and will continue to be to add value to our customer base. At a time when markets are under pressure and investors scrutinise partners in order to affiliate with only the best, this award reinforces our credibility,” Strydom adds.
