The Balanced Scorecard Collaborative has this week announced the bundling of their recently launched Internet tool, On-Line Design Center and the holistic Enterprise Performance Management application from INPHASE Software, PerformancePlus.
On-Line Design Center has been specifically designed to provide expert guidance on the process of building and designing Balanced Scorecards, according to the proven Kaplan / Norton methodology. This enables companies to create initial Scorecards better, faster, easier and at reduced consulting cost.
Once Scorecards are created using the On-Line Design Center guided process, users can visually display them in PerformancePlus(tm) and integrate the scorecards with any other management approach such as ABM, Investors in People, the Excellence Model and Six Sigma. The cascade of initiative and objectives can be extended in PerformancePlus(tm) so that users can drill down from strategy, to operational and even individual level to establish cause and effect drivers, line of sight and gain advance warning of potential impacts upon organizational and team performance.
The initial Scorecards can be interactively evolved on-line through PerformancePlus(tm) on an on-going basis.
