Integrear delivers results

Johannesburg, 23 Feb 2004

Integrear Ltd, with its three subsidiaries Systemflo, Abacus and Indicium, has recently been awarded four diverse contracts with RAU, AIG, NICS (New Integrated Credit Solutions) and the Worcester Municipality.

Each subsidiary of Integrear focuses on a specific target market. This targeted approach is proving successful for Integrear, which is pursuing to build a position of market leadership in the selected target markets.

Integrear Systemflo, the credit management and workflow solutions provider, was chosen by AIG South Africa to provide and install a workflow and imaging solution for its claims department. AIG, an international company, is one of the top two financial institutions in the world.

"AIG is very excited at the prospect of automating a previously manual system, and is expecting to reduce costs and greatly improve service levels, staff productivity, turnaround time and company growth," says Flip Erasmus, Systemflo Account Manager.

Integrear Systemflo has been appointed by NICS to provide it with the Solidus Debt Collection Solution. NICS is a leading, black-owned company which provides debt recovery services.

The Solidus Debt Collection System is an end-to-end process-driven solution focused on the increasingly important task of managing and actioning debt collection.

RAU has placed an order with Integrear Abacus, for the O! Time Table Solution, for all its timetabling purposes and planning of multiple campuses.

The O! Time Table software package allows tertiary institutions to generate and optimise timetables. According to Hercules Dreyer, MD of Abacus, O! Time Table is not simply a scheduling program, but rather an optimisation tool, designed specifically for South African tertiary institutions.

According to Dreyer: "Rapid market development over the past two years has made Integrear Abacus the market leader in this field in SA." He also highlights that the O! solution is unique in that it has the ability to aid with the management and planning of institution mergers currently taking place.

Solutions provider company, Integrear Indicium, is currently installing the Zeus Debt Collection System at the Worcester Municipality.

Zeus empowers municipalities by giving them better control of their credit management and debt collection processes. In turn, this enables them, almost immediately, in their quest to curb their continually mounting outstanding debt.

Zeus is already firmly entrenched in the market, with installations at the municipalities of George, Newcastle and Nelspruit.
