Solidus client maintenance provides a holistic view of a client with a single source for client information and ensures that organisational information and business processes are aligned with clients` needs. Solidus integrates with all aspects of the contact centre, including call centre agents, fax gateways and e-mail. The Internet component of Solidus allows clients to activate queries and requests via the web.
* Debt management: Solidus Debt Management provides organisations involved in the increasingly difficult task of managing and collecting debt, with a complete solution that spans from the identification of defaulting debtors, their profiling and case prioritisation through to the final resolution. It manages the prioritisation of collections, automatically identifying those with the highest realisable value, so that they can be worked on first. This value is based on, among other things, the probability of collecting the outstanding debt. Cases are further matched and assigned to a specific collection strategy best suited to the debtor`s profile. Solidus Debt Management guides and monitors the progress of each case through a specific strategy, prompting users to take action when required, until the debt is settled or legal action taken.
