In December 2008, one of our South African partners, Inter-Active Technologies, secured a significant licence agreement in excess of EUR1 million for an eGain Knowledge deployment at MTN, a major telecommunications company. In doing so, Inter-Active Technologies became the second member of the eGain Millionaires' Club, a club exclusively for eGain partners closing a deal worth more than a million euros.
MTN is a fast-growing multibillion mobile provider, with over 80 million subscribers today and operations spanning Africa and the Middle East. It has already deployed eGain Mail successfully, and having completed a recent Knowledge pilot, it is placing significant trust in eGain and Inter-Active.
