In 1997, Interactive Intelligence released the first all-in-one IP communications software suite for contact centres and enterprises designed to eliminate the cost and complexity introduced by multi-point products. Today, the company provides its more than 3 000 global customers with a comprehensive solution-set comprised of premise-based and hosted offerings, including software, hardware, consulting, support, education and implementation services.
