Internet Solutions (IS), a leading converged communications services provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cecil Thokoane as executive: customer services, responsible for all IS service delivery activities.
"The IS Global Service Centre, Installations Group and our Project Office will all report to Cecil," said Johann Pretorius, COO for IS.
Thokoane spent the best part of the last four years at SITA where he contributed in a variety of senior roles and became known for his ability to deliver on complex assignments. Previously he was at various technology companies including IBM and Dimension Data. He has a Masters in Business Leadership from Unisa and a BSc from the University of the Western Cape.
"We are most fortunate to have someone with Cecil`s ability and track record on board. Without skilled people with the right attitude, the most sophisticated technology solution in the world will inevitably fail.
