InfoConnect, an Internet Solutions (IS) content access service programme, is uniquely designed to allow greater optimisation of a corporate`s network in terms of cost-effectiveness, increased security as well as improved bandwidth utilisation, between users and multiple content providers.
Within the IS corporate community reside a number of information and application content providers. Many of these services, such as corporate banking, credit vetting, financial feeds or direct supplier links, are critical to the daily operations of a substantial portion of the IS customer base. The InfoConnect service is designed to seamlessly provide connectivity from any of our corporate customers to the service providers with whom they have, or wish to have, a working relationship.
Market research shows that currently a number of corporates are connecting directly to a plethora of providers. This incurs duplicate connectivity infrastructure costs, as well as the costs associated with managing the various links. InfoConnect facilitates connectivity across existing secure and reliable links for all MPLS users by allowing the user access to multiple sites and content providers via a single managed MPLS line.

Internet Solutions has signed agreements with several content providers, including those in the banking, health, cellular and motor sectors. Together with these partners, IS has once again committed to ensuring secure and seamless availability of their first-class network.
