Intervate develops strong support system fr .Net implementations

Intervate, a software developer and solution provider that focuses on the delivery of intranet, portal and business process automation solutions, has invested into the development and maintenance of an online support system that allows customers to log issues around their software implementation. In addition, the system provides a workflow driven process for tracking and communicating the progress of .Net implementations.
