Once a quotation is accepted, a purchase order and any other relevant documentation is automatically created, minimising the amount of time spent creating paperwork.

"Staff are provided with a Web portal interface so they can track generated quotations and create reports. In addition, the portal can be securely viewed from outside of the corporate network, allowing remote monitoring and enabling the effective implementation of a mobile workforce.
