Introstat Document Solutions, a leading player in the Office Automation and Document Solutions industry, has become an HP approved service delivery partner (ASDP) effective from 1 April.
The ASDP accreditation enables Introstat to repair all HP printers and multifunction devices under HP warranty and on extended term maintenance contracts.
Introstat is the only HP Preferred Partner with both an IPG (Imaging and Printing Group) specialisation and IPSS (Imaging Printing Services Solutions) accreditation.
The ASDP status now completes the drive of the business to provide a complete end-to-end document output solution.
"This further strengthens our business proposition and enables us to provide a superior level of technical services to HP printer and multifunction customers," says Patrick Bosch, Introstat Technical Manager.
He adds: "We have been doing HP printer and MFP repairs for a number of years, but this accreditation enables us to access spares and training directly from HP. This will improve our service response and turn-around times significantly."
Introstat have service centres in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town. These centres include workshops and on-site repair engineers.
