Introstat document solutions, in conjunction with HP SA, has introduced a low-cost document solution for all educational institutions. Combining the excellent new HP 4345 Digital Copier with a "pay-per-use" swipe card system, now enables even the smallest school to provide a cheap, efficient copy/print service to its students.
"Historically, only the bigger institutions could afford a solution of this type," says Piers Proctor, Sales Director. He goes on to add: "This product is available for less than R2 000 per month with a copy/print volume, break-even point of 4 000 pages per month. This makes it a viable revenue-generating asset for the institution that will also add value to their students.

Introstat has already installed a number of these units with a leading education group and is looking to market this solution aggressively in the education industry.
