Local technology solutions and people resources integrator, Intuate Group, has announced the merger-acquisition of Contact Solutions, a contact centre solutions provider that has been operating in the small-to-medium enterprise (SME) market.
As a result of the merger-acquisition, a new division has been created at Intuate, called Intuate Contact Solutions, and Anthea Taljaard, ex-Contact Solutions MD, will fill the role of Executive: Intuate Contact Solutions going forward.
“This market move will prove beneficial to both Intuate and Contact Solutions customers in that we will now be offering a thoroughly comprehensive range of solutions, including the entire Noble range of products,” says Taljaard.
“As a separate entity, Contact Solutions was well situated to service the SME market but not as well equipped in servicing the larger enterprise market. As is well understood, this is one area in which Intuate shines and we anticipate that, together, we will dominate contact centre markets of all sizes going forward.”
Intuate MD Nicolette de Wit concurs and says Taljaard and her team are bringing a wealth of experience and a vast range of solutions with them, which will all ultimately play a role in enhancing Intuate Contact Solutions' abilities in servicing client requirements in the contact centre industry.
“The number of solutions available to our customers has grown, and we are now able to leverage Contact Solutions' hosted offering as well,” says De Wit.
“Hosted Solutions will allow clients to rapidly set up their own contact centres without having to purchase the technologies, plan the premises or even hire the agents - as all of this can be managed either remotely from Intuate premises or onsite from its Midrand office by Intuate Contact Solutions staffers.”
De Wit says the contact centre space is evolving and, with access to better, more affordable and highly integratable solutions, Intuate Group is maintaining its position as a frontrunner in the industry as it develops.
