Navision South Africa has announced that it has appointed Intuitive Solutions Business Consulting (ISBC) as a reseller. ISBC has been a reseller for a competitive ERP vendor for a number of years. ISBC will now position itself in the market as a business software solution provider with the objective of selling the Navision product range.
According to ISBC marketing director Hennie Niemand, Navision has made a huge impact on the ERP arena and has fast become a market player of ERP solutions.
"Our philosophy is to excite and delight our clients by supplying them with affordable, high-quality products that meet their specifications. We go the extra mile by thoroughly researching our customers` needs in order to give them a solution that will satisfy all their requirements and Navision will certainly enable us to do so.
"Being a Navision Solution Centre further increases our edge over local competitors," Niemand continues. "Not only does it enhance our market penetration, but it also increases our revenue base by enabling us to market one of the most advanced business software solutions today. This in turn enhances the skills and expertise of our staff."
ISBC is currently busy with a large number of multimillion-rand projects countrywide and is positioning itself for huge growth in the ERP market and Navision will form an integral part of its strategy for future growth.
Navision South Africa managing director Keith Mullan says it is encouraging that the top resellers in SA are realising the business benefits of joining Navision. "ISBC has a reputation as an aggressive player in the IT market and is already well positioned in the ERP market segment."
As an added advantage, ISBC is a total solution provider within the client server environment. Although the company currently focuses on the manufacturing, financial, engineering and distribution sectors, it intends to expand its service offering to other sectors in the near future.
Niemand says ISBC has been very restricted in its offering due to the limitations of the previous product. "Unlike other products in the market, Navision enables ISBC to establish itself in the e-commerce market and this is exactly where we want to be. Furthermore, Navision is flexible, easy to implement, easy to use and has a vast range of functionality."
ISBC is currently training staff on Navision. Niemand says this process has been simplified through Navision`s support structure and countrywide representation. "Despite being totally committed to its channel, Navision also offers computer-based training which will make the transition much easier for us."
Mullan concludes: "We have formed this partnership on the understanding of mutual respect and trust. ISBC understands software value, and that it is determined directly by the quality of the implementation services provided, as well as the level of business and technical expertise amongst the implementers. This commitment will certainly ensure success."
