IS Partners takes CRM partner of the year status

Johannesburg, 27 Sep 2004

Microsoft solutions provider, IS Partners, has been awarded the Microsoft CRM partner of the year, adding to a growing stockpile of accolades. The company was also the first partner to be certified on Microsoft CRM earlier this year.

"The criteria for the award category included overall customer satisfaction, revenue growth in the Microsoft CRM space as well as customer additions. IS Partner`s performance on all grounds placed them in top position," says Quimby Bunce, Microsoft Partner Engagement Manager.

Says Caron Mooney, director of IS Partners: "Since the launch of Microsoft CRM, we have seen phenomenal interest from both larger and smaller organisations as company`s start to understand that CRM does not invariably spell complexity and extravagant cost with little return.

"Microsoft brings an affordable, fully-fledged CRM solution to organisations of any size. It offers tight integration with Microsoft Office applications, offers a simple, user-friendly interface and can scale to meet the growing needs of the mid-market.

"The CRM partner of the year award bears testament to the reality that more and more organisations are starting to see value from implementing CRM, as this space has become highly affordable," Mooney adds.

Microsoft CRM is also making solutions available in the mobile and call centre space, specifically for the mid-market. "With Avaya`s IP Office, for example, a flexible, out-of-the-box call centre application, smaller organisations will be able to justify the cost of full-service CRM, and reap the benefits of integrated call centre and customer relationship management functionality that might have previously been out of their reach.

"Microsoft CRM is worth getting excited about. It not only opens up new opportunities for Microsoft partners, but also gives a cost-conscious market value-delivering technology," she says.
