ISA Holdings Limited lists on AltX

Johannesburg, 28 Jun 2005

ISA Holdings Limited, the new company built around the skeleton of the old Y3K Group Limited, has finally completed its reverse-listing into Y3K, culminating in its move from the main board to AltX, the JSE`s alternative exchange.

According to Clifford Katz, CEO of ISA: "By elevating the ISA brand into the group structure, the directors are confident that the market will better understand the consolidated group strategy. We are to become a leader in the supply of broad-based information security solutions. With substantial brand loyalty in several African regions, including SA and Nigeria, the group will benefit from a single brand identity which has an established reputation for superior skill and service delivery."

Y3K purchased the entire share capital of Information Security Architects and iSecure for R6 947 090 payable in shares. As a result of these acquisitions, substantial changes have been made to the company`s management structure, product mix and territorial coverage. The business is now well positioned to provide holistic information, network and IT security solutions servicing SA and the greater sub-Saharan Africa region.

Katz said the last year had been an exciting and challenging time of change for the group. "The enlarged organisation has the critical mass needed for achieving sustainable profitability and bolstered revenue generation from a broader mix of leading security products and services. The combined businesses bring together a wealth of expertise and experience spanning the IT spectrum from the desktop to the extended gateway."

Noah Greenhill, business development manager at the JSE, says the AltX advisory committee was impressed by the growth prospects of ISA. "Information security is a high growth area. ISA Holdings has a large client base and a highly regarded product range, service record and personnel. We are pleased to welcome ISA to AltX."
