ITQ Business Solutions has acquired a 60% stake in iSolve Business Solutions and SQLDB Technology Solutions.

ITQ Business Solutions services and supports its clients through the provision of bespoke software solutions, BI and outsourced / co-sourced development, predominately through the use of Oracle technology. ITQ was founded in 2000 and is today a member of the listed Morvest Business Group. ITQ has a complement of approximately 200 talented software development professionals and has established a solid reputation for delivering large and complex projects, all of which are reference sites.

iSolve Business Solutions, a Microsoft Certified Partner with Gold competencies in business intelligence, collaboration and content, data platform and learning solutions, which was founded in 2002, is dedicated to delivering business solutions based on the latest Microsoft technologies. iSolve delivers holistic projects, which include bespoke development, technology implementation, consulting, software licensing, hardware and Microsoft training. iSolve has repeatedly been awarded Microsoft's partner of the year in a variety of categories - including Microsoft Worldwide Learning Solutions Partner in 2008. iSolve employs approximately 150 skilled and competent Microsoft consultants.

SQLDB provides resourcing and contracting to a variety of clients.

As subsidiaries of ITQ, iSolve and SQLDB will continue to operate as independent companies under their current leadership team of Peter Clark and Himal Ramjee. Clark and Ramjee were founders of the companies and will continue to run the companies on a day-to-day basis and retain a significant shareholding in both iSolve and SQLDB.
