iSolve Business Solutions achieves Microsoft Gold Certification

The Microsoft Partner Programme has been designed to recognise a partner`s ability to deliver Microsoft-based solutions while providing customers with a clear method of selecting partners with the required skills and experience according to their business needs.

"Gold Certified Partners are the top level of Microsoft solutions partners," explains Managing Director of iSolve Business Solutions, Peter Clark. "This status ensures iSolve Business Solutions has a close working relationship with Microsoft and the access to tools and support to enable us to respond even more effectively to our customers` needs."

By achieving Gold Certified status, customers can be assured of iSolve Business Solutions track record in delivering Microsoft based solutions. "In order to achieve this level within the partner programme, we were required to gather customer references to substantiate our delivery capability on recent projects."

In October 2004, iSolve Business Solutions achieved its first Microsoft Competency for Learning Solutions, with the establishment of iSolve Learning Solutions. Microsoft Certified Partners for Learning Solutions are the only Microsoft-authorised providers of technical skills transfer for IT professionals and software developers working in commercial enterprises, and for fast-track individuals.

Clark explains the decision to launch the Learning Solutions division: "As a committed Microsoft partner with notable hands-on experience and a huge collective knowledge base we decided it was time to put something back into the market. It seemed logical to use our expertise to develop top quality training material that would be beneficial to partners, our customers and of course, learners. We are particularly interested in the learnership arena and providing disadvantaged learners with real skills in the IT marketplace. We endeavour to offer training that bridges the gap between the theoretical offering provided by traditional learning institutions and the much vaunted practical experience required by any potential employer."

Earning the Learning Solutions Competency demonstrates a partner`s commitment and ability to deliver high quality learning services, including skills assessment, technical training, student mentoring, and Microsoft Certified Professional exam preparation.

In addition, iSolve Business Solutions has achieved the Advanced Infrastructure Competency. The company`s proven competence in providing Microsoft database-related solution offerings which help customers increase scalability, functionality, and reliability of data associated with their business applications, has earned them this competency in the area of data management and migration solutions based on Microsoft SQL Server 2000.

"With the imminent launch of SQL Server 2005, codenamed Yukon, this competency ensures iSolve will have access to the latest information and resources prior to the launch of the product. This ensures we are skilled and ready for deployment of the new technology as soon as it becomes available to our customers, offering them the competitive advantage of first to market adoption. We will also be in a position to work with customers on early adopter programs of the beta software," explains Clark.
