JSE-listed MicroMega Holdings, which lists as its subsidiaries companies such as Intermap and Sebata Municipal Solutions, faces a suspension of its listing for not having filed annual financial reports with the Johannesburg-based bourse on time.
The JSE yesterday issued a notice to shareholders saying MicroMega had failed to file its annual report within the six-month period, as stipulated by JSE listing requirements.
As such, it said, MicroMega faces having its shares suspended from trading on the bourse, should it still fail to submit its annual report by Monday, 31 July 2006.
MicroMega shares closed the day on R2.99, after having a quiet day with no trades having taken place. By 10am on Wednesday, the share had still not moved.
MicroMega provides independent intermediary services, both locally and internationally. These services include inter-dealing broking, revenue-management solutions, Web-based management information and financial solutions, risk-management solutions and labour broking, the company says.
