IT Winners becomes newest authorised Metricus partner

Metricus, a global provider of IT performance management solutions, is partnering with IT governance and consulting firm IT Winners. Through this partnership, IT Winners will become an authorised reseller of the Metricus solution.

Founded by Gary Hardy, whose 30 years' of IT industry experience and thought-leadership anchor the organisation, IT Winners provides consulting and education services for organisations looking to deliver value from IT, minimise risk and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

Developed by ITpreneurs, Metricus provides a framework for the measurement of IT processes, projects and financial performance. Metrics come in the form of modules (pre-packaged solutions) for multiple IT processes, including incident management, change management, problem management, service desk operations, project management and more that can roll up to business level scorecards. The solution can be used in traditional, as well as software as a service (SaaS) set-ups.
