Both colour and B/W documents can be scanned and converted into electronic data, which can then be shared, distributed or stored in boxes. The ITEC bizhub C252 is able to manage costs for document production by setting clear parameters and limits for departments and individuals, which results in cost reductions. An integrated Web browser allows the user to check the status of the device and set up destination addresses from the user's PC. Optional PageScope Workware allows for comprehensive document management. A Print Status Notifier tool provides on-desk feedback for all requests you send to the bizhub C252 - allowing for complete output management.
