The compact, high-speed Itec C451 has already been accredited with an international prestigious industry award and was part of the range recently crowned BERTL's Best for Departmental Colour 2007.
BERTL is an international publisher of independent product-evaluation reports and comparative analyses on digital imaging devices and software.

The Itec C451 includes the new InfoLine, which tracks device status. Features include a full-colour, wide display and tilting touch screen that can be moved to suit a desired position. This screen features thumbnails of each job in the user box, allowing operators to release documents as and when they need them. This same function on the Itec C55O was awarded BERTL's first innovation award win.
The multi-functional product (MFP) features many of the most attractive components of Itec C550, including: induction heating fusing, Emperon controller technology, and fast dual-beam laser writing. It also uses Konica Minolta's Simitri HD toner, guaranteeing outstanding print quality and preventing colour fade or cracks, regardless of paper type.
An optional feature of the Itec C451 is the embedded staple finisher and punch kit. This flexible finisher makes booklet production and hole punching easy, and features a mail bin function for document clean ups. Additionally, the Itec C451 is capable of printing banners of up to 1.2 metres in length.

In addition to the set functions, the Itec C451 offers a selection of optional extras including the BERTL award-winning biometric finger vein authentication scanner. This allows only authorised users to access a company's intellectual property, ensuring the device and network remain secure.
