JSE-listed Jasco Electronics Holdings has appointed a financial director, the company said.
In a note to shareholders on Monday, Jasco announced it had appointed Warren Prinsloo as FD. Prinsloo is a chartered accountant (SA) and has spent six years in senior financial management positions within the Massmart Group, the company said.
His appointment became effective yesterday and fills the vacancy left when Martin Lotz was appointed CEO after holding the COO position.
