JDG Trading, the largest, multi-chain, furniture retailer in Africa, has signed a RiskMentor retainer contract with PIC Solutions.
This RiskMentor consulting contract follows the recent successful completion of a one-year focus on all aspects of JD Group`s new accounts processing. This included assistance with the project management of an entirely new applications processing system, development of a suite of new application scorecards and calculation of joint-odds scorecard cut-offs for each retail chain.
The RiskMentor contract ensures that resources can be used from any area of PIC expertise, including credit risk management consulting, analytics and scorecard development, project management and software services. This ensures maximum productivity, combined with fixed monthly budgeting.
