JDA has released six new Cloud Optimise services, enabling customers to enhance their supply chains.
The new offerings include inventory optimisation, forecasting and replenishment, category management, and workforce management. The standardised, repeatable processes for demand and replenishment planning, store assortment "add/keep/delete" lists, and optimised schedules allow for predictable and constant results.
"We are very excited to announce these expanded services," says David Gai, executive VP of services at JDA Software. "Our customers are struggling under the weight of big data, the strain of regularly shifting supply routes, and the demands for shorter and less expensive approaches to getting products to market."
JDA Cloud Optimise will offer support to customers in conferring with stakeholders and optimising business processes, says the brand. Support will work with customers to generate plans, analyse results and deliver business intelligence, assisting customers to gain insight into the big data challenges facing enterprises.
"When we combine JDA's market-leading software with the business acumen developed within JDA's team of supply chain experts, we are able to work shoulder to shoulder with our clients to drive continuous improvement in their supply chains," says Gai.
According to JDA, the new Cloud Optimise services will work in conjunction with JDA Cloud Platform, which includes both hardware and software management for JDA solutions. It also incorporates application and hardware infrastructure management, as well as management deployment, test and production environments to support system upgrades and enhancements.
