JetForm eases transition from hard copy to e-processes

Johannesburg, 14 Sep 2000

Jetform Corporation, represented locally by Global Technology (GBI), is making the transition from hard copy to electronic processes easy. JetForm is the global leader in enterprise workflow and electronic forms solutions.

InTempo, the company`s client independent enterprise workflow solution, is an intelligent product that automatically completes forms in areas requiring numbers, initials, names, telephone numbers and place of work. " With Jetform`s InTempo, a form that previously took days to arrive on the appropriate desk, now takes seconds, saving time and effort in the process, with minimum cost," says Johan van Jaarsveld, CEO, GBI. "

This is the key step to providing substantial increases in productivity by enabling the integration of both applications and people."

InTempo supports both Jetform`s own FormFlow and HTML forms with full , and provides a complete graphical process designer. This enables rapid development of complex e-processes, and maintains the separation of process from task user interface. The design tool allows business rules to be automated without programming.

Jetform`s InTempo, working through a Web browser, is easily installed, setup and equally available to all systems on the same network. From an administrator`s perspective, the process is self-contained and does not rely on other systems such as e-mail (although this is an option). If, for any reason, the mail server fails, the process will still continue with the added advantage of an audit trail arriving with the form.

InTempo creates automated e-processes that allow organisations to collaborate with business partners, support multi-channel delivery (Internet, wireless, mobile, e-mail, agents, brokers) and integrates with existing applications. "This is an integral step towards the `paperless office`, providing users with intelligent document completion and routing," concludes van Jaarsveld.
