The entire package includes proprietary software to integrate faxing into an organisation`s existing messaging system. If necessary, hardware, scanners, and modems will be supplied.
Additional lines can be added to the server without any major upgrades or maintenance. An additional server for other branches can also be added and encapsulated within the management consol. This gives management of large organisations control of all fax lines at all times, from one site, if required.
I-Fax is Internet-based and therefore allows representatives on the road to send faxes through the company faxing system. The I-Fax professional version includes a "Handwritten Form Recognition" function where pre-defined forms submitted by the organisation`s clients, which are completed in a handwritten format, are automatically translated into an electronic format, and transferred into a database.
