JT International South Africa and JT International Manufacturing South Africa (JTI) a local tobacco manufacturer and distributor retains Integr8 as preferred IT services provider

JTI has selected South Africa-based ICT managed services provider, Integr8, as its continued technology procurement and services partner of choice. This marks the extension of a long-term relationship founded upon reliable, quality outsourced technical service provision.

JTI went to tender on the renewal of ICT service provision and awarded this to Integr8.

Integr8 has, to date, demonstrated the value of a trusted, experienced and professional outsource services partner by managing JTI's ICT infrastructure in South Africa.

In addition to being the preferred procurement partner through which JTI is able to source and acquire any IT solutions necessary for operations, Integr8 also supports JTI on a national basis via its Nerve Centre both proactively and reactively.

The service and support contract applies to JTI's national presence in Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban and Gauteng, and essentially means that JTI is connected to Integr8's acclaimed centralised high-tech customer relationship hub or Nerve Centre on a 24/7/365 basis.

All calls are regulated through the Nerve Centre and assigned to remote teams for follow-up.

JTI is an international brand and requires the technology services and expertise of an established provider to help ensure consistent and efficient operations.

Bennie Strydom, Chief Sales Officer at Integr8, explains that global businesses, housing international brands, are not always able to match up with a local service provider in terms of business culture and continuity.
