Karabina, part of the iSPartners group of companies, is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Platinum Award in the Deloitte Best Company Survey for 2017.
The purpose of participating in the Deloitte Best Company Survey was to enable Karabina to identify the levers that can assist it in optimally leading its employees. The survey measures two indexes.
Deloitte Best Company Survey Index
Attraction Index - measures the overall attraction of the organisation among its employees. It is an expression of the employees' alignment with the organisation and a reflection of the organisation's internal brand which supports retention. Attraction is an important component and predisposition for employee engagement.
Engagement Index - measures the overall engagement state of the organisations employees. It reflects employees' particular state of mind which maximises their work related behaviours and associated discretionary effort.
The results exceeded Karabina's expectations and it is delighted to have achieved the Platinum Seal of Achievement. This is a truly special level of achievement and the top award, above bronze, silver and gold. The data reveals that more than 80% of employees are happy and roughly two thirds perceive the benefits of working here to be better than at any other employer. These levels have been achieved in very few organisations.
Based on these findings, Karabina is committed to developing and initiating more effective human capital strategies, in order to maintain and improve on its results of this year.
It knows that its employees are the true competitive advantage in its business and without them, it would not be able to carry out its mission of helping people in business to succeed, using relevant and innovative solutions. It aims to attract, engage and retain the very best people in the industry.
"The only asset that is unique to a company, an asset that cannot be replicated by rivals, is the quality of the workforce. Their ability to innovate, their willingness to go the extra mile, their creativity and the relational capital that they build," says author Robert B. Reich.
Karabina's thanks goes out to all of its employees!
