New to Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa is Hardware Product Manager, Karen Vivier. She will manage the product lifecycle of Kyocera's A3 hardware range, ensuring that suitable products are launched into the channel, with the appropriate price positioning. Her expertise gained over nine years as a Product Manager at Nashua, Rectron and Samsung Business Solutions will stand her in good stead in performing this function with skill and value.

Vivier will also be involved in the training of the sales force and channel, in order to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge when it comes to selling Kyocera products into appropriate markets.

One of the key responsibilities in Vivier's portfolio will be to propose vertical solutions for both devices and software, in an effort to address specific challenges identified. She will serve in an advisory capacity to Exco regarding market and industry trends and requirements, in order for the company to align its marketing and sales strategy, as well as its product offerings, accordingly.

Vivier has a BCom from the University of Pretoria and is passionate about being part of, and contributing towards, an exemplary team.

On a personal level, Vivier is family-orientated and loves to spend as much time as possible with her daughter. For entertainment, she enjoys reading and cycling.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, commercially astute Product Manager, with exceptional relationship management skills, to propel us to the next level of business," says Nancy Meyer, COO of Kyocera Document Management Solutions.

"We welcome Karen Vivier to Kyocera, and look forward to a long and fulfilling relationship."
