KPMG Consulting and JD Edwards South Africa have formed a strategic alliance that will enable both parties to effectively penetrate select vertical markets in SA. The alliance, which was formalised this year, is set to service the construction, real-estate, manufacturing and service/billing industries with customised and scalable solutions focused on adding value.
"KPMG Consulting and JD Edwards have a long-standing relationship in Europe, and felt that this success could be mapped for the local market," says Mike Evans, managing director at JD Edwards SA. "We believe this alliance will enable us to bring best practice `templates` to the selected markets. These previously unserviced markets will benefit from software implementations that enable organisations to share information with partners, customers and suppliers thereby maximising benefits derived from internal systems and external relationships."
