Raymond Kramer, CEO of The Kramer Group, has taken over the reins of Dynamic Information Network (DIN), a local IT networking service provider.
Previously known as PinPoint Trading before its purchase from Infiniti by The Kramer Group, the once-struggling company reports a turnaround in fortune.
"DIN has gone from being a sinking ship, to perhaps one of the most stable ships in the industry," comments Kramer. He admits that being a businessman, he knows little about the IT industry.
"It has taken many months to sort out the problems," comments Kramer. "We brought in auditors, cut out the dead wood, implemented many systems and focused on our existing clients. In many ways, this puts us in a better position than most, as there is no better teacher than experience."
To facilitate its turnaround, DIN has launched its service desk offering, termed the Dynamic Service Desk, which it is using internally to streamline customer interaction.
