Novell South Africa has re-affirmed Kunene Solutions and Services` (KSS) Business Expert status.
"We have qualified as a Novell Business Expert since the programme`s first year of inception in South Africa in 1993," says KSS managing director, Andre Maree. "We are very happy with our re-appointment and regard it as confirmation from Novell of our high skills level and commitment to their product."
A Novell business expert (NBE) is the highest level of Novell reseller within the company`s Novell PartnerNet programme.
"To qualify for the business expert status, a reseller must be focused on providing Novell solutions and have very high levels of Novell technical (Certified Novell Engineers and Master Certified Novell Engineers) and sales skills (Certified Novell Sales Professionals) within their organisation," explains Novell channel sales manager, Martin Bawden. "Additionally, each business expert undergoes intensive training on Novell`s licensing programmes to enable them to recommend the correct solution for their customers. Business experts are also continually evaluated to ensure that their skills levels are maintained."
