Phoenix Software's excellence in the retail sector has been rewarded by Kaspersky Lab, which recently awarded the company the Kaspersky EEMEA Retail Award.
Kaspersky presents the award annually to the value-added distributor that most consistently demonstrates its ability to deliver a consistent level of presales, technical and customer service to its retail partners, thereby growing the product in the sector.
The award was presented to Phoenix Software specifically for the rollout, execution and growth of the Kaspersky brand within Incredible Connection. The distributor was recognised for its work in developing creative marketing for Kaspersky Lab solutions, and in promoting products across the southern African region.
The award was presented at the recent Kasperky partner conference for the EMEA region, which brought together over 120 guests from across the Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region and beyond, to discuss developing collaboration between regional partners, and to celebrate the success of Kaspersky's strategy to promote its products in markets where the economic crisis had less of an effect than in developed markets.
Phoenix Software was praised for its solid operational systems, dedicated supplier resources, and its effective development and management of, and service to, the retailer. "This award from Kaspersky recognises the value that Phoenix Software delivers to its partner Incredible Connection, as well as Incredible Connection's leadership in the market,” says Simon Campbell-Young, CEO of Phoenix Software. "We remain committed to ensuring that all of our retail partners benefit from the comprehensive expertise and services that we offer in delivering solutions tailored for them."
