Specialist application service provider Law Holdings has established a company to address the growing need for trusted third-party services and application security.
L@Wtrust MD Christi Peens says the company will enable businesses to automate their processes safely and responsibly by providing positive identity, privacy, non-repudiation and proof of delivery.
"Our solutions ensure sensitive information, such as that involved in litigation, mergers and acquisitions or confidential financial matters, can be quickly and securely sent and worked on via the Internet," she says.
L@Wtrust`s solutions will be complementary to those offered by parent company, Law Holdings. Through Lawyers Access Web, the company provides over 1 700 attorneys with the means of managing process workflow over the Internet along with data and documents delivery.
Peens says the company`s solutions will also meet needs outside the legal fraternity, encompassing businesses that communicate via e-mail, enter into contracts or use forms of e-business.
