The first and largest worldwide telemarketing group, BPS Teleperformance, has achieved improved cash flow using Access Accounts Credit Control.
BPS Teleperformance is the UK arm of Teleperformance International (TPI). With 70 call centres in over 25 countries throughout the world, the organisation has grown to become the world`s number one telemarketing agency, with a turnover of over lb100 million.
It was the ability to use the `anticipated payment days` facility as an aid to monitoring debtor days that persuaded BPS to take Access Accounts. BPS Financial Manager Tim Pardoe said, "The main benefit of the system is the calculation of debtor days based on historical transactions. The Credit Control Module allows us to quickly pull up selected accounts, then do an analysis on anticipated payment dates that are actually calculated by the system, based on customers` historical pay performance. The `anticipated payment days` are fed by the average debtor days. It helps the cash flow and easily identifies problem clients for credit control purposes."
Access Managing Director Alistair O`Reilly said, "The only thing more important than winning Customers is getting paid. If you believe that the benefits of tighter credit control are outweighed by the costs of implementing a reliable system, Access can make you think again. Access Accounts solutions are designed to make every business process as simple and cost-effective as possible. This enables complex and potentially time-consuming business processes to be completed quickly and easily, often using a single input screen."
